We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds of our software products and services.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly Plans: Claims can be made within 5 days of subscription.
  • Annual Plans: Claims can be made within 45 days of subscription.

The eligibility period begins on the date of purchase. Refunds are only available for unused services and must be claimed within the specified period. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 days from the day of the refund request.

Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  2. Service Utilization: The subscription or service must not be fully utilized or activated. Partial refunds may be issued based on the remaining term of the subscription.
  3. Non-refundable Items:
    • Fully utilized or activated services.
    • Customized AI solutions tailored to specific requirements.
    • Any product or service explicitly mentioned as non-refundable in its description.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@memorly.ai with your order number, the product or service you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide detailed instructions on the refund process. This may include confirming the non-utilization of the service.
  3. Process the Refund: Follow the provided instructions to proceed with the refund. Refunds will be processed within the specified timeframe.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process it within the following timeframes:

  • 14 working days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds for Digital Products and Services

For digital products and services, such as software subscriptions and downloadable tools:

  1. Partial Refunds:
    • If you cancel a subscription mid-term, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service.
    • Any additional fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.
  2. No Refunds for Used Services:
    • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been fully utilized or activated.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  1. Defective Services:
    • If you encounter significant technical issues with our services, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
  2. Service Downtime:
    • In the event of significant service downtime or technical issues caused by Memorly, we may offer partial refunds or service credits as compensation. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
