How do you know a sale came from me?
Every affiliate gets a unique tracked link and code. We share the exact attribution rules when you join.
What counts as a qualified trial?
A real business that signs up through your link and completes onboarding. Self-referrals and duplicate sign-ups don't count.
Are there content rules?
Yes: no fake results, no spam, and no promises we don't make. We provide approved claims and will review your content on request. You must disclose that you earn a commission.
Can I do both programs?
Yes. Tell us when you register and we'll tag your clients correctly so nothing is counted twice.
How long does my link stay attributed to me?
A visitor who signs up within 60 days of clicking your link is credited to you. If more than one affiliate link was used, the last click wins. Final terms are in your affiliate agreement.
How and when are affiliates paid?
Monthly, after the client’s payment clears, once your balance reaches ₹1,000 (smaller balances roll over). Payouts go to your bank account. We need your PAN, and TDS and GST are handled as per Indian tax rules.
What is not allowed?
No bidding on Memorly.AI brand keywords in ads, no pretending to be Memorly, no fake reviews or results, and no spam messaging. Always disclose that it is a paid partnership.

Memorly supports the platform. Registered Delivery Partners handle the setup and first-line relationship, with our team behind them.
What if my client upgrades?
Your commission follows the plan the client is on, so an upgrade from Lead Discipline to Convert AI raises your commission.
Can Memorly sell direct to my client?
Clients you register with us first stay your clients. Talk to us about how registration works when you sign up.
How long is my client protected?
Once you register a client, they stay protected to you for 90 days to close. If the deal is not closed in that time, the registration lapses and you can register them again.
What if an affiliate also refers my client?
The earliest registered Channel Partner claim wins. Nothing is counted or paid twice.
What happens if I stop being a partner?
Commission on renewals of clients you registered and delivered continues as set out in your partner agreement.
