Memorly uses a prepaid balance. This guide explains how to read it and how to add more.
Where to look
- Top right of the platform: your current Balance.
- Subscription in the left menu: your plan, dates and usage.
Subscription details
Subscription & Usage shows your Plan Status (Active), Current Plan, Started On and Expires On dates, and the Balance Allocated and Balance Used.
Where did my balance go?
The Balance Usage Breakdown shows usage by service, such as Chat agent and Broadcast. Choose 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days to change the period.
Buy more credits
- Open Subscription and find Credit Purchase.
- Enter the amount in rupees. The page shows the price per credit and calculates the credits for you.
- Click Proceed to Pay and complete the payment on the secure payment screen.
How credits are used
- Messages: 1 credit for each outgoing message on connected platforms.
- Speech to text: 2 credits for each 60 seconds of audio.
- Some tools have their own credit cost, set when the tool is added.
At the time of writing a credit costs ₹0.50. Always check the price shown on the page before you pay.
Tip: Check your balance before a big broadcast so it does not stop halfway.
