Memorly.AI helps your business answer enquiries, follow up with customers and keep every lead in one place, mostly on WhatsApp. This guide is written for business owners and their teams, not for developers. You do not need to know any coding.

Step 1: Sign in
Open platform.memorly.chat in your browser and sign in with the account Memorly gave you. After signing in you land on the Overview page, which says "Build AI Agents with No Code".
Step 2: Learn the left menu
The menu on the left is your map. These are the items you will use most:
- Overview: the home page with shortcuts.
- Knowledge: the information your AI agent uses to answer customers, such as your product catalogue.
- Tools: a Marketplace of tools and a My Tools page for the ones you use.
- Agents: your AI agents. Each agent has an Inbox and Channels button.
- Agent Template: ready-made agents you can deploy.
- Message Templates: saved WhatsApp messages for repeat use.
- Access Control: roles that decide who can do what.
- Subscription: your plan, balance and credit purchases.
Step 3: Check your balance
At the top right you can see your Balance. Your balance pays for messages and AI usage. A later tutorial explains credits in detail.
Step 4: Open your Agent Inbox
Click Agents in the left menu. You will see a card for your agent. Click the purple Inbox button on the card. This opens the Agent Inbox, where you manage leads, chats, follow-ups, broadcasts and campaigns.
