A Campaign sends a series of WhatsApp messages over time, without you doing it by hand. It is ideal for customers who have not replied.
Two kinds of campaign
- Static Campaign (Scheduled Blast): picks the audience now and starts at a fixed date and time.
- Dynamic Campaign (Event Trigger): runs all the time and starts automatically whenever a new lead enters a pipeline stage.
Create a campaign
- Open Campaigns and click New Campaign.
- Choose Static or Dynamic.
- Give the campaign a clear name, such as "Not replied follow-up".
- Set the Time Zone, Start Date and Start Time.
- Optionally import drip sequences. These are your message steps. You can import more than one to compare them.
- Select the audience from your CRM and click Preview to see how many contacts are included.
- Choose a Contact Deduplication Rule.
- Click Save as Draft, or Create Campaign.
The deduplication rule, in plain words
- Skip if active: if the customer is already in another campaign, leave them out.
- Queue until free: wait until their other campaign finishes, then add them.
- Override active: stop their other campaign and start this one now.
Track your campaigns
The list shows each campaign with its status (Running, Draft, Scheduled, Paused, Completed or Archived), number of variants, audience size and start date. Use the tabs at the top to filter by status.
Tip: Start with one simple campaign for customers who have not replied. Check it after a few days before building more.
