Broadcasting lets you send the same approved WhatsApp message to a list of customers, for example a new catalogue or an offer. It has two simple steps.
Before you start
Broadcasts use approved WhatsApp templates. Memorly shows each template with a status such as APPROVED and a type such as MARKETING or UTILITY. Only use approved templates.
Step 1: Select Template
Click New Broadcast. You see your templates as cards that look like WhatsApp messages. Use the search box to find one by name, then click the card.
Step 2: Select Audience
- Type a Broadcast Name, such as "October catalogue".
- Choose Launch Time: Start Now, or Schedule for a later date and time.
- Choose Audience Source: Excel Upload, Google Sheet or Segment Tags.
- If you use Excel, click View Template Structure to see how the sheet should look, then click Upload Contacts.
- Click Create.
After sending
The Broadcasting page lists every broadcast with Started At, Created By, Recipients, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed and Status. Use it to check results.
Tip: Every message sent uses credits. Send to the right customers, not to everyone.
