Once your daily work is running smoothly, two more areas in the Agent Inbox can save time. Both are optional.
Assistant
Assistant & Automations has three tabs: Users, Workflows and Scheduled Tasks. At the top you see usage numbers such as total queries and total consumption. In Users you add authorized users, meaning the people who are allowed to use the assistant. Click Add Authorized User to add one.
App Builder
App Builder (marked NEW) lets you create small custom tools for your business, for example a helper or a widget, with AI assistance. Click Build New App to start, or Import App if someone gave you one.
Tip: If you are unsure, skip these for now. Pipeline, Chats, Follow Up and Campaigns cover most daily needs.
