Commercial terms

Pricing. Prices are in INR and exclude GST. Quarterly is the base price. Half-yearly is 2 times the quarterly price less 5%. Yearly is 4 times the quarterly price less 10%.

Free trial and setup fee. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you continue, the one-time setup fee is charged 50% on acceptance and 50% one month later.

Renewal. Plans are not renewed by automatic debit. We send a renewal notice before the term ends. A revised price for a future term will not exceed 20% above the previous recurring fee and will be notified at least 60 days before it applies.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by email to hello@memorly.ai or in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the paid term.

Refunds on early cancellation of a prepaid term.

• Subscription (platform) fees are refunded pro rata for the unused period.
• Discounts and price incentives are recovered. For a half-yearly or yearly plan cancelled before the end of the term, the period used is recalculated at the quarterly price (rounded up to whole quarters) instead of the discounted price, and the difference is deducted from the refund. Free periods, bonus credits and other incentives given with the plan are adjusted in the same way.
• The one-time implementation fee is refunded only for work not yet delivered.
• Purchased credits are refunded for the unused balance at the rate you paid. Promotional and bonus credits are not refundable.
• Non-recoverable payment gateway charges are deducted. GST is adjusted through a credit note.
